    So far the drone does not work the FC is busted but am awaiting customer service help to fix. Hopefully I get a response soon. If the drone flies and works then my fairing would be a 5 but currently I just have a expensive shell.

    Hello Raul,

    I received your email this morning and have already responded. The issue you are describing is from the different channel Mapping of your specific radio. The easiest way to fix the issue is by going into the receiver tab of Betaflight and changing the channel mapping over from 'TAER1234' to 'AETR1234'.     9 Months With The Skylite

    I started with the ducted version, and grew with it as I got more confident. After a month or so I took the ducts off. Support at RR sent me over detailed instructions for swapping over the betaflight config for the new Skylite setup. I experemented with props, settled on 3.5" 3025 for a little more pop. Quad can feel heavy, especially carrying an action camera (dji action 2 here), so I fly the 805mah tattu packs.

    I've probably crashed 50 times -- usually grass or hard dirt. Never broke anything besides props and the xt60 pigtail (prop strike).

    I have 5 quads now. Whoop, 2.5, Cinelog, Skylite, Demibot. The skylite was what I learned on and it's been great. No regrets whatsoever with buying it as my first freestyle quad.

    The customer service from Rotor Riot is simply second to none. From answering my "stupid" questions to in depth instruction on making sure I'm ready for flight right out of the box! Rotor Riot is my first stop for all my FPV needs, they have easily earned my future business! The Skylite 3.5 is a perfect in-between ripper for freestyle, or slowing it down and tossing an action 2 cam on for scenic more cinewhoop style shots. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a great first quad or your 50th quad, its great fun!
